Venice Interfaith Community Association

Our Jewish friends have the wonderful tradition of mitzvot, which is performing acts of human kindness. We all have an opportunity to practice mitzvot by taking part in our fifth annual "Taste of Faith." Our fundraiser will, again, benefit the Venice Interfaith Community Dinners and is being held on Sunday, March 14 at 4:00 p.m. at the Jewish Center of Venice, 600 Auburn Rd. N., Venice.

How can you perform an act of human kindness? Any or all of these: bring a dish, buy a ticket, make a donation, help publicize and sell tickets, sing in the community choir, volunteer to help on March 14. . . . send your positive thoughts.

To donate a dish - NO PORK OR SHELLFISH, PLEASE - call Bill Hershkowitz at 485-9181 to let him know what you will bring. Food may be delivered to the Jewish Center any time after 3 p.m. on March 14.
